New Credentials Dashboard to Manage Your Verification Documents

If you’ve been with us for a while, you know we only work with legitimate captains. Verifying your credentials shows that you’re qualified and make sure you don’t need to compete with unlicensed guides for business. So to make this process as easy as possible, we’ve created an all-new Credentials Dashboard.

How it Works

The Credentials Dashboard lets you track your document types, status, and expiration date. Each document type has its own category, meaning that you know exactly what credential you’re looking at at a glance.

But what happens when one of your documents is about to expire? Just as before, we’ll continue to send you renewal reminders 7 days before each doc’s expiration date. Only now, the Credentials Dashboard lets you upload your new documents in just a few taps. No more needing to send documents via email!

Here’s how you do it:

  • Simply navigate to the document type you want to submit, and click Upload
  • Here, you can take a photo of your document, or choose a file from your mobile device or computer.
  • Once you’ve uploaded your credentials, make sure to click Submit, and our team will do the rest.

What Happens Next?

We typically review all new uploads within a couple of days. Once all your docs are checked, you’ll become fully verified. That means your listing will get a green badge, as well as a small ranking boost.

To access your new Credentials Dashboard from the FishingBooker for Captains app, make sure that you’re running the latest version. And if you have any questions about how it works, feel free to get in touch!
