Well, the good news is that fishing is a year-round activity in these bountiful waters. In fact, some estimates say that fishing is good 95% of the time. However, some spots are better than others at different times of the year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>A good rule of thumb is to come during the dry season, which lasts from December through April. However, unless you come in September and October (the wettest months), you shouldn&rsquo;t have any problems in finding a safe charter any other time of year.
