Support is FishingBooker's bread and butter and our amazing ten-member team is growing. Our ideal hire is motivated by what we're doing as a company and is eager to contribute on the front lines.

As a Customer Happiness agent, you will spend most of your day guiding customers that need help finding the best fishing trips possible. You will be a person they’ll remember, someone who made their lives easier. You’ll have the whole world at your fingertips! Oh, and one more thing -  fishing knowledge is something you don’t have to possess, but something you will obtain.

You will be working with customers from all over the world and from every time zone. We are looking for candidates who are ready for a full-time position (40 hours per week) and have the drive to go the extra mile when needed.

If, for any other reason, you’d need to stay at home or work from home, we trust you. Shifts are scheduled between 8 am and 7 am seven days a week:

    • 10 am – 6 pm
    • 1 pm – 9 pm
    • 3 pm – 11 pm
    • 6 pm – 2 am
    • 00 am - 6am

  • Guiding customers to help them find and book the perfect fishing trip

  • Jumping into customer/captain interactions to make sure things are running smoothly: modifying reservations, handling special request and various situations by phone, live chat, and e-mail

  • Being accountable for achieving maximum customer satisfaction

  • Actively participating in various projects within the department, as well as with other teams


  • English: native/or near native speaking skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility in work schedule

  • The sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks. "That's not my job" is not a phrase you'll hear at FishingBooker. Ownership means pushing towards greatness together, regardless of title, role, and job description..
