Our Customer Happiness is a global support and operations team and the face of FishingBooker to most of our customers, and we want their FishingBooker support experience to set new standards, just like FishingBooker’s platform does. Our team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. A FishingBooker Customer Happiness Agent is a crucial part of this and our mission to help people find, compare and book unique fishing experiences anywhere in the world and we want you to be a part of it!

We are looking for enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated problem solvers who are passionate about creating an innovative customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers,  engage with them via phone, email and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding customers to help them find and book the perfect fishing trip.

  • Jumping into customer/captain interactions to make sure things are running smoothly: modifying reservations, handling special request and various situations.

  • Being accountable for achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Actively participating in various projects within the department, as well as with other teams.

Requirements

  • Native/near native English speaking and writing skills.

  • Flexible with working schedule - you don’t mind working in shifts which include weekends and night work. Shifts are scheduled between 8 am and 5 am seven days a week and can be worked in the following way, subject to seasonality and workload:

    • 8am - 4pm
    • 10am – 6pm
    • 1pm – 9pm
    • 3pm – 11pm
    • 6pm – 2am
    • 11pm - 5am
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • No prior experience is needed - you just need to have the desire to learn, grow, work hard and smart and have fun while doing it!
