As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will join our Finance Team in Belgrade and you will have the opportunity to take care of international finances as you progress in your role. You have the opportunity to master finance in a short period of time and your progress depends on you!

Responsibilities (Phase 1):

  • Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.

  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, regulatory reports and filings.

  • Performing internal audit & assisting in external audits and inquiries.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong Excel skills or a willingness to develop strong Excel skills within a short period of time

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic, self-directed and resourceful

  • Great communication and analytical skills

  • Flexible attitude

  • Good English skills

It’s a plus:

  • MySQL knowledge

  • Previous accounting experience
