As a Recruiter at FishingBooker you are responsible for the full recruitment process from identifying, sourcing and attracting top candidates for various roles all the way to interviewing and hiring. You are expected to be proactive in evaluating and improving our recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates

  • Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process

  • Qualifying candidates for technical and cultural fit

  • Staying abreast of relevant news in the local startup scene and job market

  • Managing multiple candidate channels including agencies, outreach, advertising and other recruiting campaigns

  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Experience sourcing and recruiting at a consumer facing tech startup with elite standards for talent

  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional candidates

  • Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels

  • In-house and agency side recruiting experience

  • Passion/interest and understanding of both technology and recruiting

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • BS/BA degree (IT-related would be a bonus)

  • Strong English skills.
