The vessel used is a specialized Alumacraft performance fisher, measuring 20’ in length and able to hold 5 anglers at the same time. It’s powered by a 200 HP Mercury Verado engine, making sure you cross the waters quickly to your fishing spot.
Join Captain Mike Stokes as he guides you through the breathtaking wilderness that is Ontario’s backcountry. The species you will target are very varied, such as the Pike, Yellow Perch, Walleye, Crappie, Musky, Smallmouth Bass, and the Lake Trout. The techniques used are also diverse, with spinning and jigging with light and heavy tackle, trolling, and even ice fishing available.
The cabin is a slice of rustic heaven, fully equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, but nestled in the gorgeous woods of Sioux Narrows. In addition to having all the amenities you might want, each cabin has a fantastic view of the local lake, providing you with a view of many woodland creatures right outside of your window.
Captain Mike offers catch cleaning and filleting services. During the day Capt. Mike will prepare a shore lunch, so you can immediately enjoy the fruits of your labor. All required equipment is provided by the charter operator, but customers are welcome to bring their own gear if they prefer that.
