Captain Jay Get Reelin’ Fishing Charters specializes in family-friendly adventures in calm waters out of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, Florida. If you are looking for a knowledgeable guide who could put you on top of the hottest bite without having to go too far out, look no further. Capt. Jay will put his talent to work for you. He will guide you through the basics before you make your first cast and will assist you throughout the adventure. Capt. Jay caters to anglers of all skill levels and enjoys fishing with complete beginners and kids. Younger anglers are especially welcome aboard!

Capt. Jay will greet you with a warm welcome onboard his 21’ Sea Ox center console. This spacious boat can comfortably hold up to 4 anglers. There is a single 150 HP Yamaha outboard engine, an ice box for the catch, a GPS, a fish finder to save your time while searching for fish, and a live well loaded with bait.

Captain Jay Get Reelin’ Fishing Charters will take you fishing the inshore and backcountry waters for anything that is in season and biting. You’ll be targeting Redfish, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and Jack Crevalle.

All trips come with the use of custom quality gear, tackle, bait, licenses, and a complimentary fish cleaning service. You will need to bring your own snacks and drinks.

Jay will be happy to help them fish and bait their hooks.

You will be fishing the inshore waters of Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach, targeting anything from Redfish and Snook to Snapper and Sheepshead. For the sake of everyone's health and safety, Capt. Jay requires you to wear a mask on the boat for the duration of the pandemic.

Jay believes that catching fish is one of the most important aspects of fishing. He enjoys introducing his clients and friends to the beautiful waters and everything beneath the surface. Capt. Jay is also a great teacher, who likes putting his younger clients on their first ever fish.
