Waterfowl Specialist Guide Service invites you down to Saint Bernard, Louisiana to fish like the locals. If you have the itch to fish with a native guide, you have found the right place.

Novices to seasoned professionals, everyone is welcome to join Waterfowl Specialist Guide Service. The company is run and operated by Captain Jimmy, who was born and raised in the area. The knows the local waters like the back of his hand and never stops mastering the cast.

Bring your friends, colleagues, and family to enjoy the Bayou. Capt. Jimmy especially enjoys teaching younger anglers and putting them on their first ever fish. After all, there is nothing better than seeing a child smiling when they reel in their first catch.

Your day on the water will take you to the inshore waters, where you will be able to fish with light tackle for the best species around. You will be mainly concentrating on getting your hands full of Redfish and Speckled Trout. However, the local waters are also home to Black Drum, Flounder, and Sheepshead.

Your fishing trip will take place aboard a 24’ Blazer Bay boat. It’s a seaworthy vessel which comes powered by a single 300 HP Yamaha V6 4.2 engine and can comfortably take up to 4 anglers. The boat is fully rigged with navigational and fish finding electronics, safety equipment, a live well loaded with bait, and a wireless trolling motor for q quiet ride.

All trips come with the use of Penn gear, bait, lures, and a complimentary fish cleaning service. You will also be provided with snacks, drinks, and lunch. Fishing licenses need to be purchased before the trip.
