Captain Jeff is outstanding! Spring break trip and went fishing with my 80 year old father-in-law and two middle school children. Jeff had us onto fish in minutes- my son caught a good sized sheepshead on his first cast. Jeff is a good teacher, spent time educating us first timers about freshwater fishing vs. ocean fishing. He worked diligently to keep our hooks baited, and removed each fish we caught. Jeff relocated several times to locate fish. We caught spotted trout, catfish, penfish, and a few lizard fish. We tried some cut-bait and I hooked a good sized snook that broke the line. If you’re looking for a family friendly experience with a seasoned captain, Jeff is the guy!

Captain Jeff made this a great experience for me and my son. Our first time fishing in the area and he took us to several spots and made sure our lines always had bait. We caught a variety of fish. Unfortunately only one of them was big enough to keep and good to eat, but that was all my son needed. Captain Jeff filleted the fish at the dock, put it on ice, and directed us to a nearby restaurant that would prepare it for us. 20 minutes from water to plate, you can’t beat it! My son was thrilled to eat his catch, prepared exactly how he wanted it.

I booked an 8 hour trip.
In the morning, I took my teenaged girls with me, both having very little fishing experience.
He showed them the basics, without making them feel like they had no idea what they were doing.
Combined, they caught over 20 fish.
By the end of their 4 hours, they were asking me when we were going again.

Jeff was Great. Very nice guy & did all he could to put me on the fish..!
And we had success ! Caught … a bunch of Lady Fish, some Sea Trout, a nice Red Fish and also hooked into a huge Blue Fish, fought it for 15 mins, but he broke the line next to the boat
