Lizzy Boat Charter is based in La Digue, a small island in Seychelles. The company is run and operated by Captain Nedy and specializes in big game and bottom fishing for a variety of exciting fish species.
Capt. Nedy comes from a family of fishermen and has been exploring the waters all his life. He specializes in traditional fishing but can also accommodate anglers who want to try other techniques.
On your day out with Capt. Nedy, you will be able to try jigging, trolling, bottom fishing, and deep sea fishing. The trips usually take place up to 12 miles (20 km) offshore, where you will be able to battle Yellowfin Tuna, test your angling skills and go for Sailfish and Mahi Mahi. Plus, with Nannygai, Wahoo, Narrow-barred Mackerel, and Bonito all among the popular catches, it’s hard to resist a trip or two.
The ‘Lizzy’ is a 29’ Scarab boat with plenty of fishing space for up to 4 anglers. She comes powered by a pair of 175 Suzuki lean burn engines and can cruise at a top speed of 22 knots. The Lizzy is equipped with a full range of electronics, along with a multimedia system, an ice box, a fighting chair, and a toilet for your comfort.
Whichever trip you decide to go for, you will be provided with quality rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Sandwiches, fruits, water, lemonades, and beers will also be offered during the trip.
