I paid 800 dollars for my 2 kids, me, and my wife to fish for 6 hours. We waisted 2 hours hunting bait in the roughest water they could put us in which made my wife and I sea sick. So they told Us we were going back to the calm water of the canal to fish then after catching one fish within minutes of getting back to the canal they went back to the dock, run us off the boat and kept our money. The owner or fleet manager later told me that he was gonna work something out with me and my family because what the crew did was against policy but it’s been 4 days and today was our last day on vacation and I’m being avoided. We only got 2 of the six hours we paid for, and not a single penny of the money back for the time we didn’t get. Above are the messages between me and the fleet manager/owner. Im just gonna file a police report and talk to the local news to see if they can help me with the situation. My children were hurt deeply and they missed out on a wonderful opportunity due to a couple crooks.

We did not catch anything big and nothing was biting the last two hours. Weather was a little cool. Crew did a pretty good job, tried a few different locations. They were very proficient and obviously run everything on a schedule which is a little bothersome. Average trip but you can never tell what you will catch or you will catch anything. Price is a little too compared to other trips I have taken. I would go again but would have to pay several hundred less. Trip was $ 800 with $100 tip. And live bait is extra $40 which they did not get.

We were over booked on fish Local Knowledge. We got bumped over to the Island Hooker. We had a great trip. We were put in some big fish. Caught a 40” golden amber jack and a 51” KingFish.
