Fin Chaser Sportfishing – Point Pleasant
Fin Chaser Sportfishing operates for 20 consecutive seasons around New York and New Jersey, offering premium-quality fishing charters. Launching out of Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Beach, you will be perfectly placed to enjoy incredible sportfishing both inshore and offshore, and Capt. Frank will make sure that is exactly what you get.
You will be fishing aboard a 36’ Contender fisharound, powered by triple Yamaha 250s up to a hair-raising 35 knots. The boat has quality Raymarine electronics to pinpoint the best fishing spots and outriggers for the best trolling spreads offshore.
Fin Chaser Sportfishing makes a point to never stress about the fuel gauge. Offshore trips last as much at 16 hours, heading 80-90 miles out to the incredible fishing grounds of the Hudson Canyon. Out here, you will find White Marlin, Thresher Sharks, Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna, and Mahi Mahi. You will focus on trolling and chunking to battle the biggest and meanest of each species.
But you don’t need to travel far to find big hookups. Fishing the inshore and nearshore waters, you can target Striped Bass, Bluefish, Tautog, Flounder, Fluke, and more. With so many species to choose from, it should come as no surprise that there are plenty of techniques to choose from, but these guys take things to a whole new level.
Capt. Frank and his skilled first mate are light tackle and fly fishing experts, and the boat is full of tournament-ready tackle for both these techniques. It doesn’t stop there, though. On your trip, you can troll, chunk, jig, spin, pop, bottom fish, and drift fish. You will also have a choice of live bait, lures, and of course, flies.
If you’re looking for that dream fishing charter on the Jersey Shore, look no further. These guys have the skills, the equipment, and the experience to get you reeling in fish bigger than you could imagine. So what are you waiting for? Head to Point Pleasant Beach and let the battle begin!
