AAA Charters & Adventures - Bertram
Playa Del Carmen is a premier fishing and holiday destination for good reason; not only can you relax on the gorgeous beaches and swim in the crystal waters, but also go after some of the most exciting game off the coast of Mexico. AAA Charters & Adventures does just that – they’ll give you great comfort and security with adrenaline-pumping action just waiting at the other end of the line!
Climb aboard their luxury 46’ long Bertram, able to carry up to 10 anglers in comfort and style. She is powered by twin Detroit diesel engines with each one providing 450 HP worth of power – enough to allow her to cruise at a max speed of 25 knots. You won’t lack any comfort on board the “Hukilau”, with an A/C cabin, full-head toilet, shower, and kitchen available. Serious fishing requires serious equipment and the Hukilau doesn’t disappoint: outriggers, downriggers, and a fighting chair are there to give you an edge when fishing.
The crew of AAA Charters & Adventures consists of extremely skilled local captains. Their first priority is your enjoyment, whether by preparing fresh ceviche on board or helping you master your cast. They’ll help you go after a variety of local prestigious species such as the Blue and White Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, or others. You can expect to do a variety of fishing techniques like jigging, spinning, and bottom fishing with light and heavy tackle, as well as trolling.
Water and sodas are available for the customers, free of charge. The 6 and 8-hour trips also have sandwiches and baguettes included in the price. All Billfish are catch and release only. The crew will clean, fillet, and bag your catch, so gratuity is very appreciated. Please note that there’s a $10 per person pier fee that’s due (in cash) on the day of your trip. There’s no minimum age for children and the crew invite anglers of all ages to join them on this exciting fishing adventure!
