Had a great time on the water. Caught several nice Spanish mackerel. Did very nice job of having kids engaged in fishing experience..

We started arranging the fishing trip with Captain Robbie with very short notice, the day before the trip. Despite this, he was eager and encouraging and we went out to the water the next day at 1:00. We quickly caught a Spanish Mackerel of moderate size that was delicious later that evening; and then caught nine lizard fish in rapid succession. Lizard fish are a small and inedible fish with too many teeth, however we caught enough of them that it was great fun. One member of our party had never caught a fish before and caught three fish this trip, she was very excited. During the trip, somebody got sea-sick and was immediately provided with a bucket. Our trip was cut short by a squall moving in, and the Captain refunded half of the trip, extremely generous as we had already finished most of the trip. All through the trip Robert Diggs, the captain, was generous, accommodating, and above all amazing. We recommend this trip to any one who has ever held a fishing pole, and anyone who would want to hold a fishing pole.
Note: We do not have any pictures of the Spanish Mackerel, but it was about 14 inches long and very delicious. Also, we would have moved areas to try for something but lizard fish if not for the squall. We highly recommend Captain Robbie!
