Captain Denis knows exactly where to go to catch whatever type of fish you’re looking for.  First, we went inshore to catch bait fish. Then, a little further out to catch a different type of bait fish.  Then a 45 minute ride out into the ocean to an artificial feef and right away we were catching barracuda. After catching 5 we went further out into the ocean to a baitball of fish on natural bottom to catch some red snapper. Man, let me tell you. They are a hard fighting fish. Captain Denis is very experienced and a pleasure to spend a day with on his boat. There are enough words to express my gratitude for Denis’s knowledge and experience on the water. Far surpassed my expectations.  Can’t wait to book my next trip.

We booked this fishing trip to celebrate my son’s 10 birthday.  Captain Dennis Young went above and beyond to make the fishing experience the best. We trolled for 3hrs and bottom fished for 2 hrs. We ended up bringing home 2 delicious king fish and a trigger fish, we caught plenty more fish but they were not in season. My wife, my daughter, my son and I are very thankful to Captain Dennis for making us feel safe at all times, and provide so much fun for us. Going fishing with Captain Dennis is highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience real fishing. We will be back on the Sea Dancer soon. Thanks Captain !!!

Captain Dennis was aware that most of his guests had not fished before. He described to each of my grand children, aged 7 to 16 how to hold a rod/reel for bottom fishing. He then went around to each one baiting their hooks, showing them how to “feel” the line with a big weight touch bottom and then the method and direction to “jerk” the rod straight up to hook the fish and begin reeling in the line and catch. There were a lot of smiles as each “newbie” brought up the first fish they ever caught. Then on to the next one encouraging them to hold and feel the bottom and then hook another fish. He would take the “catch” off their hook and bait the hook again for them.

Captain Dennis is a grandfather himself so it was apparent he enjoyed teaching each of my grand children on their first fishing expedition. I learned he is a retired US Nave veteran and has served our country well.

We had the best trip with Captain Dennis! Our poles bent every time we through them out. We took our 7 and 9 year old with us and they had more fun than we did…..if that’s possible! Captain Dennis was extraordinary with our kiddos. If fishing isn’t your thing, we followed a shrimp boat for a good half hour. We were literally surrounded by DOZENS (I really want to say hundreds…..there was no way to count all of them) of dolphins…..right up next to us. It was the coolest experience!! Way better than any dolphin excursion you could pay for elsewhere. Definitely recommend Captain Dennis. He knows where to go.

What a great day we had aboard the Seadancer with Captain Dennis. A beautiful sunrise as we headed out to sea was the perfect way to start our trip. Captain Dennis was wonderful with our entire family and especially our three boys ages 17, 15, and 9. Were are pretty much all rookies and he was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every single person on our trip got to catch multiple fish and had a ton of fun. The ocean was a little rough which led to some motion sickness and we couldn’t keep any of the fish due to the season but the captain did his best to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an I get out in the ocean and do some fishing.
