Sign up with Natural Charters for some world-class offshore fishing. Running fishing trips out of Ocean City’s Sunset Marina, Captain Rich runs a tight ship, taking exceptional care to make sure his guests are treated to an unforgettable fishing experience.
His boat, the Natural, is a 47’ Daytona sportfish that’s powered by a pair of 540 HP Cummins engine. This legendary vessel is known for being a very comfortable ride, with plenty of room for up to six anglers to come aboard. It’s equipped with a TV, satellite radio, two A/C systems, and other amenities that ensure a nice ride throughout.
The local spring trophy Rockfish season starts in April, and it’s really something to behold. These waters hold some of the biggest Striped Bass around, and the crew will do their best to make sure you’ve got the best chance at catching some for yourself. To that end, you’ll be provided with tournament-grade tackle and all the necessary gear to give you a decisive edge.
The first mate spends several hours before and after any trip to ensure your experience is the best one it can be. A tip of 15% is customary and very much appreciated by the crew. Live bait can be either prepared beforehand or caught during the trip itself, depending on your preferences. Captain Rich looks forward to helping you make the catch of a lifetime!
Important: 2022 fuel surcharge – Due to fuel cost doubling in the past year, we must apply a fuel surcharge base on gallons of fuel burned. This is averaging to be about $400 to $600 per trip additional cost to the charter fee. Fuel is currently (as of 6 June 2022) $6.69 per gallon. A typical offshore trip burns about 240 gallons of diesel at a cost of $1605.60. We will do our best to conserve fuel and work with each trip to make this as manageable as possible.
