Nathan Mountain outdoors specializes in getting groups on big Bass in the lakes nestled around the Great Smoky Mountains. Battle fish that really put the “large” in Largemouth in one of the most scenic fisheries in the country!
You will be fishing from a 19’ Tracker Grizzly jon boat. This hardy vessel is perfect for exploring the lake’s shallow fringes in search of Bass. She is also at home in the deepest reaches of the lake, where her GPS and fishfinder make tracking down the best spots a breeze.
Captain Nathan Mountain has been running charters for over 15 years and also competes in tournaments around the state and beyond. He knows these waters like the back of his hand, and will always go the extra mile in search of that trophy Bass.
The Largemouth bite is best from spring through fall but even in the depths of winter, you can find a few Bass lurking in the lake. There’s always something to fish for in Douglas Lake!
All Nathan Mountain Outdoors trips come with quality tackle, lures, and great fun. Just bring your food, drinks, and the desire to catch some great fish. Even if you’re running short, Capt. Nathan has enough passion and enthusiasm to share!
