Fillabite Guide Service - Rockport
Fillabite Guide Service invites you to join up with Captain Randy Filla and get your hands on an authentic Texan fishing experience. Randy has more than three decades of experience fishing the local waters, and can be depended on to get the job done. Whatever your skill level, he’ll make sure you have a good time on the water and make your fish dreams a reality.
His boat is a 24’ Haynie bay boat that’s powered by a single 250 HP Mercury engine. This outboard powerhouse can have the boat cruising at a max speed of 50 knots, meaning you’ll be at the fishing grounds before you know it. When the time comes for sneaking up on unsuspecting fish, you’ll be using a wireless trolling motor so you don’t scare them away by accident.
The great thing about fishing in Texas is that there are always fish in the water, and you’ll know exactly what to expect. Whether you’re more interested in Bull Redfish, big Black Drum, or Speckled Trout, you’ll have plenty of time to go after all of them at your leisure.
Captain Randy will provide you with all the necessary rods, reels, and terminal tackle for a productive time on the water, and will clean your catch after the trip. All you need to take care of is to bring a valid saltwater fishing licence, as well as some drinks and snacks if you’re so inclined. With that, you’re ready to go on the water, and we hope to see you there soon!
Full-Day trip is between 6 to 7 hours long.
