If you’re itching for some excellent saltwater action, but also want to take your kids on their first fishing trip ever, Let’s Go Fishing Guide Service will scratch that! Captain Joseph Tkach will ensure that your trips with him become pleasant memories.
Join Capt. Joseph on board his 26’ Proline center console. Her layout is spacious and allows for up to 6 anglers to move around when battling, without tangling lines. She’s powered by twin 200 HP Yamaha outboard engine, which means you can cruise at a maximum speed of 45 knots. State-of-the-art navigation and fish-finding systems are available on board, so you can find your prey without a hitch.
The waters of the Chesapeake Bay are productive year-round, but different seasons offer different targets. In winter, you can enjoy light tackle catch-and-release fishing for Striped Bass. Mid April marks Trophy season, when you’ll be able to troll for huge Striped Bass! Summer action includes jigging for Striped Bass, Blues, and Spanish Mackerel. Bottom fishing trips are also available for Perch, Spot and Croakers.
When conditions are right, the crew also offers live lining trips for Striped Bass. Catching Norfolk Spot for bait is sometimes almost as much fun as fishing for the stripers, and this trip is great for kids.
Let’s Go Fishing Guide Service is primarily a light tackle operation. Anglers will participate in all aspects of fishing to the extent that they desire. The captain will provide you with all required high-quality equipment.
Kids should be old enough to hold a rod to be able to participate. Capt. Joseph loves kids and is great at teaching young anglers the basics of fishing.
Those who are interested in catching Cobia and Redfish during summer can contact Capt. Joseph to organize a specialized trip to the fishing grounds 75 miles away.
So, book a trip and cast off on an unforgettable fishing adventure!
