Mojo Fishing Charters is proud to offer fun nearshore trolling trips aboard the “MOJO”, run by Captain Jay Andrews. These trips are completely child and family-friendly and are perfect for anglers with any amount of experience–or none at all!

You will be heading out to the various spots off the coast from Fort Morgan. Capt. Jay will get the lures out as soon as you get into the Gulf, and you can enjoy a day of action-packed trolling. Dixie Bar is known for its great Redfishing. If the fish aren’t biting on Dixie Bar you will go trolling around the nearshore oil platforms for King and Spanish Mackerel instead.

The MOJO is perfect for family outings. This 36’ Topaz boat has an enclosed head for your comfort and convenience, and tons of space to relax, take in the view, and of course, fish. There is also a comfortable cabin to lay down in if all the action gets too much for you.

Trips include tackle, lures, rods, reels, and all necessary licenses. Your fish will be cleaned and filleted for you after the trip, so remember to bring a cooler to put it in. Other than that, just pack any food and drinks you want for the day and personal items like sunscreen and a camera.

These trips are about making great memories on the water. If you want to fill your freezer there are other Red Eye boats that go out further and fish harder. What you’ll get here is a fun day out with a dedicated captain and a beautiful ocean full of exciting fish.

Red Eye Charters is owned and operated by Captain Gary Bryant. We have been in operation at Fort Morgan Marina since 1997. We currently have two boats to choose from. The Rig Runner is our 32' Catamaran run by Captain Cliff Adams. The MOJO is our 36' Topaz that specializes in nearshore trolling trips. The MOJO is run by Captain Jay Andrews. We strive to keep all our boats in top condition. We will provide you with a safe and friendly environment to enjoy your day on the water.
