While our wives were attending a conference, a few of us booked a trip with Captain Andy on Outta Line Charters.  The 32’ foot boat is in top shape and plenty of room for 4 people fishing.  The boat was the cleanest boat I’ve ever seen and very comfortable.  Capt. Andy took us to where the fish were as we hooked a striper on the first run.  We caught several more stripers and white perch later in the day as we changed over from trolling to bottom fishing.  Capt. Andy was is an experienced and knowledgeable captain making your trip fun and memorable.  We had a great time on the water fishing the Choptank River for the first time.  5 stars to Captain Andy and his mate, Annie!

We started early on Sunday, at 5:30 am and we were rewarded for the early start by catching 6 large rock fishes right away. Then, the captain took us to a few other places where we successfully bottom-fish for white perch and spots. In the end, he took to a place we he caught another 2 rock fishes to take us up to the legal limit of 8 total.
He and his aide, Steve, were very helpful and nice. They cleaned our fish in the end and answered our questions. He had a lot of fun and I recommend taking this trip.

Yesterday’s charter fishing adventure was truly one of the best I have ever been on.  We didn’t catch the big black drum we were fishing for but what we missed in fish we made up for in fun. Captain Andy was hands down one of the best captains I have ever encountered.  This was a man that knew his shit.  He kept us on the fish all day long catching perch, stripers, oyster toads and all sorts of fish, all the while making us laugh with his great stories.  His first mate Steve was Amazing. Steve worked endlessly baiting our hooks and removing fish from our lines. He is a top of the line first mate. These two men worked hard all day to make sure we had the best day fishing and we certainly did.  We are already counting down the days to our next charter with Captain Andy and Outta Line fishing charters. If you are in the chesapeake area and looking for a great day of fishing don’t hesitate to call on Captain Andy.

What a great day! Encouraged to get to “the spot” early this morning, Myself, husband and teen son, casual fishermen. We worked to get good size Rock Fish, Capt. made sure we had enough to take home. Fished three sites catching White Perch, others and enjoyed the morning immensely. Boat very clean, and COVID protocol aware. Capt. And First Mate friendly and knowledgeable from beginner to expert. Will definitely charter again!  Coming back for Spanish Mackerel In the late summer, his specialty Thank you for a great time and for the filleting!. Can’t wait to cook up our catch!.

Last Saturday June 6 went fishing with captain Andy. Was gunning for strippers.  Capt told us he would do everything he could to make it happen but the catching had not been good for keeper.  Even offered to reschedule my for a better time.  We put back a couple small strippers and we slammed the white perch and spot. The Capt was knowledgable and the equipment was top of the line. Both the Capt and Nate fished the area all their life and the trip was all about making us happy. I will be going again soon.  Great boat and great Capt and mate
