You will spend the day on a 25’ Wellcraft Scarab. This boat was only built in 2017, so still has that great new boat smell. She can comfortably fit 4 anglers at once without crossing lines. With her 350 HP engine you’ll have your lines in the water before you know it.

She comes equipped with great navigational equipment. The fishfinder, coupled with Capy. Jody’s great knowledge of the area will have you on top of the fish in no time. The wireless trolling motor will let you sneak up on the fish, making it a great and productive fishing experience.

These trips are great for the whole family. Kids will love this trip just as much as the experienced anglers. You will use a range of techniques, including jigging, to catch Walleye. Fishing for Walleye is a lot of fun – some say though that eating the fresh Walleye after is even better!

Capt. Jody loves to see his customers catch their “first ever.” Whether this is your first time fishing or you’re catching a personal best, he and his first mate will make sure you have a great time on the water.

You are welcome to bring along snacks and plenty of water. Please make sure you purchase a fishing license before the trip. All the great you could need will be provided. If you want to use live bait – and for beginners this is advised – then let Capt. Jody know before the trip so he can prepare it in advance. This will give you maximum time fishing.
