Blake was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and worked extremely hard for us to ensure that we had success - even when it slowed down. He went the extra mile to make our experience memorable. If you don’t choose Blake on the Lake, you might as well go out on a sunken ship!

Blake is a well experienced guide and a class act. We started off in what looked like a pretty popular spot I’m guessing due to numerous boats that were there. We put a few in the boat then it slowed down and poof everyone around us was gone. We moved to a different area of the lake and had it to ourselves. We hit the jackpot..  non stop action.. At one point we had 5 rods bent at the same time. The first thing Blake did was call other guides in the area to tell them we’re covered in fish and where we were. He’s a good dude.. He knows his stuff. Give Blake a call and book your trip. You won’t regret it!!!

Blake was very professional and informative during our striper fishing trip, and he worked hard to find the fish.  He was very good with our 7 year old boy and made sure he was engaged.  One of my main goals for the trip was to learn more about how to find and catch striper, and this was definitely accomplished.  Additionally, we also limited out within a couple of hours, as a bonus.

Started slow but definitely picked up.  A couple times the action was so fast all rods were in the boat with a fish on. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it.  Thank you Captain, you were awesome.
