The “Gypsea” is a 38’ custom Henriques saltwater fishing boat. It has twin 370 HP Caterpillar Diesel 3208 engines and a full array of marine electronics. The boat is very comfortable for up to 6 passengers and has a large cockpit with plenty of fishing space. The cabin has a dinette, bench seating, and a bathroom. Gypsea Sportfishing has plenty of coolers and ice on board to keep your catch fresh.
Depending on the bite, the captain can take you anywhere from 5 to 20 miles from the coast. You’ll have your lines wet within 10 minutes on half-days and in less than an hour on full-day trips. The main stars of your adventure will be Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Flounder, Ling, Bluefish, as well as Winter and Summer Bass.
You’ll be provided with the best professional tackle by top brands such as Penn and Shimano, lures, and live bait (caught before the trip). There’s also a frozen bait option, available free of charge. The crew will even fillet and bag your catch after the trip.
