Trip Summary
Trip Summary
We left late yesterday morning to see if the muddy water has moved out. To our relief, 90% of the are has clean water again. First cast of the morning produced a redfish, which was a good sign. We found them hanging around underwater drop offs. After catching 7, and satisfied things are back to normal on the New Orleans side, we ran to the Biloxi Marsh and found several large schools of redfish. The redfish on the other side though were very lethargic and only interested in live shrimp. We spent the the afternoon casting and catching before heading back to Island Marina.
