Ultimate Charters – MV Koru
Ultimate Charters’ aim is to do just what they say on the tin: give you the ultimate experience on the water. Based in the popular St Mary’s Bay in the heart of Auckland, their team of skippers, deckhands, and administrative staff are all on hand to make your time with them as good as it possibly can be.
The MV Koru is their largest fishing vessel. Perfect for groups and special occasions, it features ample space for fishing and entertaining, as well as excellent catering facilities and a huge barbeque. Fishing can work up an appetite, and this boat has that covered.
The lower part of the boat is lined with benches, giving you plenty of room to relax as you wait for the fish to bite–and then to fight it and bring it in once it does! Upstairs, there’s an open viewing space, where you can spot dolphins, whales, and a huge variety of fish ranging from Kingfish to Marlin.
This enormous walk around vessel has space for up to 25 people to fish at the same time, while up to 48 people can come aboard to enjoy the ride. This makes her excellent for parties as well as corporate functions. With 2 toilets on board as well as a drinking fountain, this is a comfortable setting for trips of any length.
This doesn’t mean the MV Koru isn’t a serious fishing boat, too. Taking her out for a day will get you hooked up on Snapper, and much more. Look forward to a stable and reliable ride in the Hauraki Gulf as you cast your line under the expert guidance of the crew.
Whether you’re organising a function or just want to go fishing with a large group of friends, this boat has you covered. Let Ultimate Charters organise the perfect trip for you!
