First time family of 5 with 3 kids ages 12, 9 and 2. I was very nervous taking our 2yr old with us but Sara and Mitch were very welcoming from the start! She even let him “drive” the boat. They were very patient with us and answered any and all questions. We were able to see dolphins 2 or 3 different times which was just a bonus to the trip! Everyone had the chance to real in fish and had so much fun doing it! Highly recommend Summer Hunter Charter, Captain Sara is great! If we make it back down here she will be our charter of choice!

Captain Sarah was on it! She put us on some fish to warm us up to bites, but as soon as everyone got the feel, she took us out a little further and we were on them! The hooks were filling the second you reeled in from the bottom! Mitch was quick on the lines to clear off the catch and get us ready to go again, and he never let us run out of bait or support! They were both great cheerleaders for the success of our group, and got to see us hit our limit for the day! It was like fishing with nothing but friends, and that makes for an amazing trip without the fish… and did I mention we hit our limit. Nothing like a count down as you reel them in one by one. She didn’t let the spot get cold, either. Sarah had a keen eye on our rods and as soon as the bites seemed to slow, she had our lines up and quickly on a new honey hole! We caught an amazing variety of fish, and we even learned things about some we had never before seen. They really are knowledgeable and love what they do!

We absolutely will be fishing with Captain Sarah and Mitch again!

Beautiful day with family and the friendliest crew we’ve ever experienced. We caught fish throughout the entire trip.Captain Sara and crew know where the fish hang out. I’d highly suggest hanging out with them for a fun filled day of fishing. I’m sure you’ll have a great time and catch more than enough to eat!!!

Rough waters canceled first trip but Cpt Sara did her best to get us out a couple days later for a trolling trip.  She and Mitch did an excellent job putting us on fish trolling outing.  Excellent business dealings with a down home fun experience.  Thank you Sara & Mitch.

This fishing experience was great for a family with older children.  We caught plenty of mackerel on a 3 he trolling.  Would recommend to give it a try - leaves you hungry for another trip that’s longer and further out at sea. Thank you Sara and Mitch!
