Twenty-six year veteran Tampa/St. Petersburg fishing guide, Captain Wade Osborne is among the very best in the business when it comes to providing world-class light tackle spin, fly or plug inshore sportfishing for snook, redfish, seatrout and more. Most charters are provided with spinning gear, but fly and bait casting tackle is available upon request.
Very few fishing guides provide Osborne’s level of customer service, expert instruction, and quality equipment to their clients. His 26 years of guiding professionally full-time on Florida’s west coast has propelled him to one of the top fishing guides in the Tampa Bay region.
Whether Osborne is guiding one or six anglers to some of the world’s best inshore fishing, you’ll never catch him fishing himself or sitting on his butt. That’s because he’s too busy chumming, rigging, baiting hooks, and releasing fish.
He prides himself on being the hardest working fishing guide in the industry and remains on his feet tirelessly during your entire charter making sure you have the very best fishing experience available.
You’ll be fishing from a 24’ Sheaffer boat with enough room for up to six anglers at any single time. It also includes an ice box and a fighting chair (available upon request).
When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.
You’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during your trip and Osborne will fillet them at no extra charge.
Kids are welcomed aboard Afishionado, so feel free to make your memories on the water a family experience.
Note: Captain Osborne also offers charters at Demens Landing Boat Ramp in downtown St. Petersburg, FL as a starting location for your trip. Please don’t hesitate to message him for more information.
