Nothing beats getting back to nature, spending some quality time with your family, and catching your own dinner. All of this and more can be done with Topline Fishing Charters. Captain Chris Venable has been fishing his whole life, and has nearly 3 decades of experience fishing this area alone – he will make sure you have a great day out with him.
Hop on board Capt. Chris’ 24’ Skeeter SX, fresh on the water in 2017. This beautiful boat can comfortably fit you and 3 fishing friends, all fishing at once. If you decide to fly fish instead, only 2 will be able to fish at once.
This vessel has a 300 HP Yamaha engine which will have you to the fishing grounds before you know it. Pair this with the full navigational equipment on board, including fishfinder, and Capt. Chris’ extensive knowledge of the area, and you’ll be on top of the fish all day long.
The wireless trolling motor will help you get closer to your prey, which includes Redfish, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, and Black Drum. These delicious fish will be filleted after your trip, so they are ready for you to cook! You just need to make the hard decision of how to prepare them!
Children are welcome to come on these trips – they’ll have some great stories to tell their friends back at school! It’s recommended for children who are able to hold a rod.
You’ll be using top quality rods and reels from Penn International. This great gear won’t let you down when you’re reeling in your trophy fish.
To save time live bait will be prepared in advance – this will only be used for some trips though, depending on which species you are targeting.
For all of these trips, you’ll need to purchase a fishing license before the day. You are welcome to bring along a packed lunch, but snacks and water will be provided.
There is no better time to book. Join Capt. Chris for an adventure of a lifetime!
