Drifter Sport Fishing
When you can’t decide whether you’d like to go inshore fishing for several hours or you’re up for a proper offshore adventure, why not get both in one charter? With Drifter Sport Fishing, you can go Striper chasing one day, and then battle Sharks the next.
Depending on what your preferences are, as well as the time you can spare to spend on the water, you can choose your expedition and enjoy the beauty and abundance of the New York fishery. Captain Rob Foley will be your captain for the day, and he’s not only a passionate fisherman but a highly experienced captain too, well versed in the ways of the fish.
The boat that will be the epicenter of all the fishing action is an L&H sportfisher outfitted with strong twin 330 HP Cummins engines that make her speedy on both inshore and offshore waters. She’s got room to accommodate up to 5 persons, whether it’s a group of excited angling buddies or a family ready to try their hand in something completely new.
You don’t have to worry about rods, reels, or terminal tackle, they will be waiting for you on board, as well as live bait and lures. If you’re a fyrodder looking for the next big catch, Capt. Rob can take you to the best fly fishing spots, as long as you bring your own equipment. If you need any help on the boat, you’ll have a trusty first mate with you at all times, and he will even fillet your catch for you after the trip. If you’re happy with his services, 20% tip is much appreciated.
There’s a variety of expeditions you could venture on – from inshore excursions that will put on the trail of Striped Bass, Porgies, Flounder, and Black Seabass, to offshore escapades that will have you chasing Tuna, Tilefish, Sharks, Mahi Mahi, and majestic Billfish.
Drifter Sport Fishing is a family friendly charter and the perfect choice if you’re looking for a fun outing with your loved ones. Find out what makes fishing with Capt. Rob such a wonderful experience!
