The day will be spent on board a recently restored 46’ Bertram. There is plenty of space for groups of 6 anglers on board. When your reeling in your trophy catch, there won’t be any bumping elbows! With twin 525 HP Detroit diesel engines, you’ll be at the fishing grounds before you know it, usually within 10 minutes depending on the sea conditions.
There are top safety and navigational equipment on board. The fishfinder, along with Capt. Steven’s extensive knowledge of the area, will have you on top of the fish all day long.
With a restroom, kitchen, bed, air-conditioning, and multimedia system, this boat has all the comforts to make this a top rate trip. While fishing, the fighting chair will give you that added boost when reeling in your dream fish.
Fish you’ll be targeting include Bluefin, Blackfin, and Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Hammerhead Shark, Wahoo, Kingfish and more. It’s best to fish for Marlin in the winter and summer months, and Sailfish during winter and spring.
You’ll be using top quality rods and reels that won’t let you down when reeling in your dream catch. These are included in the trip price, along with dead and frozen bait, and your fishing license for the day. If live bait is used, it will be an additional cost, that will need to be arranged before the trip. Please bring your own food and drink, and cooler for your fish.
