Enjoy a perfect getaway in Indonesia with Fishing Sumba Dream! Spending a day with this experienced crew will be more than just a fishing trip. This is also an invitation to visit eco resort with bungalows and a restaurant, where you can try out French, Italian, and Indonesian food.

The crew will meet you at the Waingapu Sumba Airport and drive you to the resort beachfront, where you can rest and eat. Besides fishing, you can also enjoy other activities here, such as kayaking, snorkeling, spearfishing, and more. If you’re coming here on your own, the crew will send you GPS coordinates.

Both novices and experienced anglers can join on these trips. Some of the species you can catch are Giant Trevally, Grouper, Barracuda, Dogtooth Tuna, Jobfish, Mahi Mahi, and Sailfish. There’s something for everyone and the trips can be adjusted to your skill level. The fish is usually released but you can keep up to 2 fish.

You’ll be fishing from a 24’ Marathon Boat that accommodates up to 4 anglers. This center console is powered by twin 150 HP Yamaha engines and cruises at the speed of 20 knots. She comes equipped with navigational electronics, safety and fishing gear. The price also covers your lunch and soft drinks.

The trip starts in the morning but the exact time depends on the tide. You'll fish for at least 8 hours and target Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Jobfish, Giant Trevally, and many more. It's preferable to release the fish and preserve the species. Get in touch with the crew for the meeting point.
