Cabo Pulmo Fishing Trip
For your next vacation in Mexico, you should book a trip with Cabo Pulmo Fishing Trip. Owned and operated by Captain Bryan, your whole group will be well looked after. Capt. Bryan has been fishing since he was a young boy and knows this area like the back of his hand. He speaks English and is great with beginners and children.
The day will be spent on a 23' center console. These are great for offshore fishing, as they allow you to walk around the whole deck – this is ideal when your fish is close to the boat and still fighting to get off the line. There is a T-top for shade so you can fish in comfort. Groups of 4 will be comfortable on board and all of you can fish at the same time.
You'll be able to do a mixture of fishing techniques for a wide variety of fish on these trips. From bottom fishing for Cubera Snapper and Grouper to trolling for Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi, to offshore fishing for Blue Marlin and Sailfish. Other species also include Roosterfish, Wahoo, Jack Crevalle, Amberjack, and many more.
The captain also offers snorkeling on his trips. Let him know before the day if your group would like to snorkel and he'll prepare the necessary equipment. All 4 of you can snorkel at the same time. You'll need to bring your own equipment if you wish to fly fish or spearfish on your trip. Let the captain know if you'll be bringing the extra gear along.
Included in the price of the trip is $20 worth of bait. If you think you'll require more, you can purchase more at the marina. The captain will provide you with the rods and reels for the day, and fishing licenses for the whole group. On board are energy bars and water – you're welcome to bring along more snacks, other drinks, and lunch on the longer trips.
You can pay the remainder of the balance with your card (Visa and Mastercard) but there is a processing fee of 16%, so you are welcome to pay with cash instead.

I was excited to get my 13 and 15 year old boys on the water and hooked up with Tuna for a fishing trip on my birthday. Cabo Pulmo is my most favorite spot on the planet and I own a lot in Phase 3. It was a gorgeous morning and perfect weather. The boat ,the Black Marlin, was equally perfect and the Captain was friendly and exceptional. We hopped in the boat at 5:45am and by 6:08am my youngest son had a 15 lb tuna on the line. He was excited to be fishing for tuna and even more excited to actually have one on the line. In 10 minutes he had his 1st tuna in the boat. 5 minutes later, my oldest son had an 18 lb tuna on the line. After a ten minute fight he was excited to land his1st tuna. There is nothing better for a Father's birthday than to see his two sons land gorgeous tuna. We then began fishing for Marlin and had 1 strike, saw a second marlin swimming on the surface 50 yards away and at near the end of our time on the water, we saw a marlin doing magnificent jumps 10 feet in the air 200 fee away. The captain filleted the tuna and even gave us the tuna collars, which is the richest part of the fish. We grilled them on the gas grill at our lodging a couple of nights later. I highly recommend you do the same with your tuna! After we landed, we took some of the tuna to Taco's and Beers and had amazing tuna tacos. The next day we took the tuna to Bryan's restaurant , Pelicano's and had amazing sashimi for lunch. Strongly suggest you do the same thing. The Black Marlin took us to where the big fish were and between seeing the boys light up by catching tuna and seeing the abundant marlin off of Cabo Pulmo, it was a magical day on the Black Marlin and with Bryan Uriel Castro Arvizu's team. We will be back every year for more magic.
Bryan was a proficient and great captain and fisher and we caught some huge fish with him!
Super easy to work with after booking over the phone. Call Bryan and he will take great care of your group. First cast pulled up a fish, humpback whales, incredible views of the beach and mountains in southern Baja. Just do it.
Great morning with Captain Bryan. The wife got to pull on a couple Dorado and I got to bend on a Nice Blue Marlin on the light #40 gear. It was hot and the wife wanted some AC so we called it and early trip thoroughly satisfied. Super cool remote spot to fish. Go check him out!
My wife and I went fishing with the Castro crew out of Cabo Pulmo today. I tried to book with Captain Bryan, but he was busy with the dive shop so we went with Chewy. We started out strong jigging and caught three nice Pacific Bonita (AKA White Bonita) and one decent-sized White Fish in the first 45 minutes. We trolled the rest of the day, saw four nice Marlin and a school of Dorado, but didn’t manage to hook up. We didn’t have live bait with us and I think that really could have helped. In the end we took our fish to the collocated Palapa Restaurant and they made us two orders of the BEST sashimi (with the Bonita) and two orders of fish tacos for $15 total (see photos). I’ve been fishing with these guys since I was a kid and would recommend it if you’re in the area.
We got on the water right as planned at 6:30 am in the morning. the boat was ready to launch and captain Bryan took us out and we caught skip jacks and bonito immediately. We had a Marlin following the bait but could not get it hooked up. Makes me want to come back and fish for tuna and Marlin in the summer! caught more bonito and then had sushimi at our bungalow that night. Bryan did everything he said he would Do. We had an awesome day
We had an awesome time with Bryan!! First time fishing and we caught two 100 pound marlin! Plus a couple more for the week to cook and make sushi. Bryan was very professional and accommodating, and the boat was very clean and well looked after. We would definitely come again! Thank you Bryan!
Had a great trip out-caught a few fun fish and as a bonus saw whales and rays!

My third trip with Captain Bryan. Always catch fish. Today it was snappers and a marlin. Previous trips lots of tuna and another marlin. Eating snapper tonight. I’ll be back.
Bryan was great, he did everything he could to catch fish.
gracias amigo

if they aren't biting offshore, skipper wil take you inshore to catch dinner for all in restaurant!
