Cabo Sport Fishing Fleet–42' Topaz
Discover a whole new world offshore from Cabo with Cabo Sport Fishing Fleet’s experienced team. With over 20 years of experience fishing these waters, your captain and first mate will take you to the most productive, exotic spots on offer. Whether offshore in the Pacific or in the Sea of Cortez, you’ll have a range of tropical reefs, deep blue seas, and stunning marine life to gawk at.
Experience a true luxury treatment aboard the 42’ Topaz saltwater fishing boat. Restored in 2010, she’s been updated with a modern interior, including a bed, kitchen, and toilet, and possesses plenty of space for up to 7 guests to enjoy their time aboard. The air-conditioned cabin will provide a welcome respite from the heat, while there’s plenty of space on deck for you to get your fix of sunshine.
Take advantage of the two onboard fighting chairs or put on the fighting belt as you battle it out with some serious fish. You’ll head up to 35 miles offshore where the fish grow to incredible sizes. Get ready to take on some monstrous Marlin, stunning Sailfish, and delicious Mahi Mahi and Tuna, among other beasts of the ocean.
You’ll troll the open oceans, while you’ll also have the chance to bottom fish the numerous tropical reefs. Home to species such as Snappers, Wahoo, Seabass, Roosterfish, and more, you’ll even get the chance to put on the snorkeling gear and get up close to these magical underwater fish cities.
Everything you need awaits you on board, just make sure to bring some snacks and drinks to place in your captain’s cooler to make the most of your time aboard. Try not to fill up too much, though. At the end of the day, the first mate will clean and prepare your fish for you to take to a beachside restaurant. A $15 port fee is to be paid per boat for every trip. The fishing licenses are $20 per person in cash and live bait costs are around $20 for half day and around $30 for full day trips.
