Southern Eco Adventure Dive And Fishing Tours
Captain Neville Smith, the man at the helm of Southern Eco Adventure Dive And Fishing Tours, describes Punta Gorda as Belize’s “beautiful, hidden jewel,” and he can’t wait to introduce you to the angling opportunities on offer here. With plenty of local experience, and a genuine love for preserving these incredible waters, on board SEADAFT you’ll be treated to an experience that’s worth more than any precious gem or stone!
Capt. Neville has been fishing beautiful Belize for over 20 years, and began guiding over 15 years ago. His passion for angling started when he was a child, and would regularly fish alongside his father. For him, nothing can beat the peace and escapism that comes with being out on the water and feeling at one with nature. Feel the same way? Join him on one of his adventures, suitable for all ages and skill levels.
You’ll be fishing from a 28’ Pescaro center console, built to accommodate up to 10 guests – so why not bring the whole family along, or get ready to tangle lines with 9 of your best fishing buddies? Most of Capt. Neville’s trips start out by trolling to the hotspots, and his vessel has outriggers to cover plenty of ground.
Depending on how far offshore you travel, and which technique you’d like to try out, the species you’ll be going after may vary – but each and every fish that calls these waters home provides a great catch! Trolling will have you hooking King Mackerel and Barracuda, or you can choose to plumb the depths of the ocean and bottom fish for Red Snapper and a variety of Grouper. More into hard-fighting big game? Head further out past the reefs and get ready to battle Mahi Mahi and Yellowfin Tuna.
You’ll be provided with rods, reels, and a fishing license, and will be reeling in your own bait. Join Southern Eco Adventure Dive And Fishing Tours and get ready to explore this hidden jewel!
