Capt. Ramiro specializes in running trips that explore Puerto Vallarta’s Bahía de Banderas, as well as up to 30 miles out onto the Pacific Ocean. If you want to come face-to-gills with some incredible big game fish, including the mighty Marlin, then Capt. Ramiro’s the guy for you. Never wielded a rod before? Newbies are more than welcome aboard – with your captain’s expert advice and knowledge, it won’t be long until you’re angling like a pro!
You’ll be fishing from a 34’ Legacy offshore sportfishing vessel, built to transport up to 7 guests out to the hotspots. She’s rigged with all the best navigational and safety gear, as well as a private toilet and 4 beds for those offshore adventures. There’s plenty of room for all 7 guests to tangle lines at the same time, and she’s equipped with outriggers to cover plenty of ground when you’re trolling your way to the hotspots.
Depending on the trip you opt for, the species you’ll be targeting will vary. Stay within Bahía de Banderas, and you’ll target Roosterfish and more. If you want to battle big game fish, head out onto the open ocean for the chance to come face-to-gills with Sailfish, White and Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, and others. You can also join your captain for an overnight offshore extravaganza, where you’ll hook huge Grouper and Shark species.
Rods, reels, bait, and tackle are included, as well as a license for up to 4 guests – additional guests should purchase their own. Come aboard Legacy Sportfishing for an angling adventure that’ll go down in history!
