He’ll do everything he can to put you on Salmon, Halibut, Rockfish, and Lingcod. Captain Travis will show you the hottest spots and the most efficient techniques, including bottom fishing, trolling, and jigging. The charter will cover top-notch tackle, live bait, lures, and everything else needed for a productive day on the water.
You’ll be staying at a lodge that features queen size beds, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a kitchen. There’s also a BBQ, so customers can grill the fish they catch. You’ll have a bunch of spices available to make it extra yummy. Lodging includes 3 meals per day, and you can expect some delicious meals to be served to you. You’ll also get to try some tasty sandwiches, granola bars, fruit, cookies, chips, brownies, muffins, juice, cereal, coffee, and the list goes on. You’ll have 2 options for dinner and always a salad.
The captain will usually take you out fishing for 8 hours per day aboard his 24’ Monaro Marine cuddy cabin boat. It can cater to up to 4 anglers and comes powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine. The boat also features downriggers, a huge ice-box, and the best marine electronics and safety gear. Please note that there’s no cell phone service on the way to the lodge and on the fishing grounds.
