A day on the water with him isn’t just limited to incredible angling action – you can also choose to head to the hot springs, go sightseeing and wildlife viewing, and drop crab traps as you make your way out to the fishing grounds.
Capt. Brody runs a family-friendly charter, and warmly welcomes guests of all ages and abilities on board his 25’ Parker offshore sportfishing vessel. There’s space for up to 4 anglers, with plenty of room to tangle lines and take in the stunning scenery at the same time. She’s equipped with GPS and fishfinder, an enclosed toilet, and life jackets for all ages.
Tofino provides plenty of great fishing opportunities – depending on your preference and local weather conditions, you can head up to 8 miles offshore, which provides the best chance to troll for Chinook and Coho Salmon, bottom fish for Halibut and Rockfish, and jig for Lingcod. Don’t overlook the calm inshore waters, either – you can test your skills against Chinook Salmon until August, and Coho Salmon migrate here between June and October.
Capt. Brody believes in preserving these incredible waters for future generations of anglers – his boat is built for catch-and-release, but if you want to take home some dinner, he’ll expertly fillet it for you. Rods, reels, lures, and tackle are included. Get ready to discover nature at its finest with North West Ocean Adventures!
