Captain Dan is at the helm of this charter, and has been a full-time, local fishing guide since he was a teenager. With over 20 years experience of exploring these waters, he’s built up a wealth of local knowledge, tips, and tricks that will make your trip truly special.
Capt. Dan offers a variety of first-class angling adventures that showcase the best of these waters, from exploring the famous flats to heading 9 miles out onto the plentiful Gulf of Mexico. Anglers of all ages and skill levels are welcome aboard – from total newbies, to families with little ones, to hardcore anglers who want to hook their personal best catch. On top of this, Dan also warmly welcomes veterans and military members to join him on a special discounted trip.
No matter where you opt to fish, you’ll be traveling on Capt. Dan’s 24’ Proline vessel, custom-built with your safety and comfort in mind. Up to 5 guests are welcome on board, depending on the nature of your trip – for strictly fishing adventures, your captain’s boat license covers a maximum of 4 anglers. She’s decked out with top-of-the-line navigational and safety gear, as well as a wireless trolling motor for any inshore adventures – you can sneak up on your catch sneakily and silently.
Bay Pines is home to a truly impressive fishery, which offers up Snook, Shark species, Hogfish, Redfish, and plenty more. Springtime is best for hooking King and Spanish Mackerel and shallow-water bottom fishing, with lots of fast action and drag pulling! During the summertime, the captain recommends Tarpon trips. Fall offers up great Cobia action, and winter is perfect for deep-water dock fishing and trolling Tampa Bay for Grouper.
Each trip includes rods, reels, bait, tackle, and a fishing license for all guests. Join Capt. Dan Condron and get ready to fish like a Floridian!
