Baja Sur Sportfishing demonstrates what fishing hard really means! Captain Cesar Bobadilla and his crew run trips year round as they are blessed with great fishing season throughout the year. They’re happy to welcome you as a part of their team and share their adventure with you.
You will be fishing from their 31’ Bertram offshore boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. The boat is suitable even for longer offshore trips, as it has a private bathroom, a bed, and a comfy cabin. She features everything that’s necessary for a successful day of serious fishing – 2 powerful 260 HP Cummins engines, a flybridge, a fighting chair, tuna tubes, a live bait tank, outriggers, and downriggers.
Your main targets will be Tuna, Marlin, Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Wahoo, Grouper, Amberjack, and many more. You can choose to stay inshore or head out 30 miles offshore. Considering the abundance of sea life around Cabo San Lucas, you don’t have to go too far out. Captain Cesar once caught a Marlin only one mile off the coast! The crew uses all kinds of techniques, such as trolling, bottom fishing, kite fishing, and jigging.
“To be a good fisherman, you have to love fish” – that’s why Baja Sur Sportfishing pays special attention to fish they target and protect them. All Billfish have to be released and there’s also a limit for Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo that can be kept.
Join this amazing team and have a day to remember!
