Knot a Care
Whether you’re looking for big game fish offshore or want to explore the tropical nearshore reefs – Knot a Care has you covered. Based out of Venice, FL, you’ll head out into the Gulf, going after a diverse range of fish. With 40 years of offshore fishing experience, Captain Richard Pozzo knows exactly what it takes to land the ocean’s strongest fish. He’s calling you aboard to show what you’re made of.
The 31’ Shamrock offshore fishing boat is just the vessel for exploring these varied fishing grounds. Powered by twin 315 Yanmar diesel engines, you’ll speed offshore, reaching the sweet spots in no time. Up to 6 guests are welcome to spend up to 8 hours aboard the luxury boat. The air-conditioned cabin comes fitted with plenty of seating, a kitchen, fridge, bed, and toilet, so your comfort is ensured throughout.
When it comes to fishing, the boat has everything you need. Take advantage of the downriggers as you troll the open oceans, while you’ll keep your bait fresh in the livewell. With the help of a first mate, you’ll be well on your way to reeling in a range of fish, no matter where you are.
On longer trips, you’ll head into the Gulf. Get ready for some heavy lifting as you battle it out with some stunning Sailfish, and monstrous Mahi Mahi and Tuna. These two delicious fish will make for a well-deserved treat at the end of the day.
Nearshore trips will take place closer to the shore, as you explore the productive and tropical reefs in search of your thrills. Get the pulses racing as you go after Barracudas, Amberjacks, and other exciting game fish, along with tasty Groupers and Cobias to take home.
The crew will clean and prepare your catch, so there’s no messy work for you to do. Just bring aboard some lunch and drinks, and don’t forget your camera to document your fun-filled fishing experience. Knot a Care is calling you aboard to forget all your worries and indulge in some thrilling fishing.
