Captain Jody Elswick grew up surfing and fishing Virginia Beach and North Carolina before he fell in love with Central America. He married his Guatemalan sweetheart Susie here at the lodge in 2006. Now, together they provide US quality with Guatemalan hospitality. He loves going after the biggest prizes and always keeps Marlin bait ready.
