Are you ready to experience the Great Lakes like never before? Fish with Captain Chuck, who knows these waters like the back of his hand, and will do everything he can to get you on the fish and reeling a winner! Capt. Chuck has been fishing Lake Ontario every summer since he was a kid and moved from Boston to fish here full time.
Step on board his 33’ Trojan boat. This beautiful vessel is a great size for 6 anglers to fish without crossing lines. She’s built for sportfishing! The boat is powered by twin 454 Crusader 350 HP engines that can easily weather the lake waters.
The spring will see you targeting Brown Trout, Atlantic Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Coho, and Chinook Salmon. The summer will see you heading further out, up to 12 miles, for Steelhead and Lake Trout, with the possibility of some King Salmon. Early fall sees Kings and big Brown Trout, and later fall more Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout.
Trolling is good fun for the whole family. You’ll enjoy excellent fishing as well as a chance to sit back and relax. There’s no minimum age for children on board and there are some life vests available for them. However, for very small kids, parents should bring their own life vests.
Included in the price are top quality rods and reels from Shimano. These won’t let you down, whether you’re reeling in your first fish ever or your hundredth! After the trip, the captain will fillet your catch for you.
Before the trip begins, you must have a fishing license. You should also bring food and drink along. These can be in your own cooler or go into the captain’s refrigerator. The first mate will be working hard on your behalf, so don’t forget to tip him at the end of the trip.
Book a trip with the Boston Angler today for the ultimate Lake Ontario fishing experience. This is an unforgettable trip the whole family will love.
