**Deep Sea Sportfishing Adventure - A Review**

From the moment we set out on our deep-sea sportfishing adventure, it was clear that this trip would be unlike any other. The highlight of our excursion was undoubtedly the expertise of our captain. A true aficionado of the deep blue, he showcased a wealth of knowledge that only years of experience can bestow.

Not only was he well-versed in the behaviors and habitats of the marine life we sought, but his techniques were a marvel to witness. With an almost uncanny intuition, he knew precisely where to drop our lines, adjusting to the currents and water temperatures with finesse. But it was his innovative tactics to entice the fish that truly stood out. It wasn’t just about dropping a baited hook and waiting; he employed a series of maneuvers, lures, and even sound techniques that seemed to charm the fish right onto our lines.

Every moment was a learning experience, as he generously shared tidbits of wisdom, unraveling the mysteries of the aquatic world beneath us. It was evident that his methods were results-driven, as our group saw more bites and catches than any previous trips I’ve been on.

We had a great day of fishing with Captain Jorge and first mate from Majo Fishing Lodge. We were on our way out quickly after arriving at the marina. On our way out Captain Jorge was getting all of the bait and put together which was interesting to watch. Once we were approximately 20 miles out lines we dropped and we were fishing. The winds had changed direction and moved the warmer areas of water where the fish were, but we still found them and caught dinner to take home. We trolled all day and were approximately forty miles out by the end. They also cleaned and filleted the fish we got to keep before we headed back in. The boat had great music playing throughout the day and were both very professional and friendly to work with. Any time there was a bite on the line, they immediately started pulling up all the other lines and got ready to get the catch onto the boat. We caught tuna and sailfish while we were out and saw a Mahi Mahi but it never took the bate. Captain Jorge brought along a GoPro and captured every fish that was caught through the day as well as the scenery and dolphins that we saw. Was a great way to spend the day and would book with them again without hesitation.

We had the best day ever whale watching. Cesar and Jesus were the best captain and first mate. Barely one hour out and they found whales!! And more whales,and more whales. These majestic creatures were all around us. We could not believe it. The trip of a lifetime.  Don’t miss going out with Major Fishing Lodge. You’ll have the time of your life. I have fished 5 times with Majo Fishing Lodge. I have chartered many Fishing boats for over 40 years. These guys are the best. Very professional. They work hard to put you on the fish. Excellent experience. 5 stars all around.
