Discover the intricate network of inshore water southern Louisiana has to offer with Reel Cajun Fishing. Go after a range of exciting and delicious fish as you embark on an authentic “cajun” adventure. Captain Ryan Vincent is a 5th-generation Lafitte native. Born on the water, he’s spent his whole life with a rod in one hand. A passionate angler to this day, he can’t wait to show you his local hunting grounds.
Up to 5 guests are welcome aboard the 25’ Bluewave bay boat. Light and agile, she’s able to navigate these shallow waters with ease. You’ll speed across the bays at lightning speed thanks to the 250 HP Mercury engine, while the wireless trolling motor will keep you afloat in the marshes. Creep up on your target fish without making a peep, getting ready to pounce.
Grab the latest Penn gear and get fishing. As you drift along the water, you’ll use light tackle and even popping corks to entice the bite of some highly-prized fish. You’ll be given a range of artificial lures to choose from, but let Capt. Ryan know beforehand if you’d like some live bait to attract your prey.
The Southern favorite, Redfish, is a must to target as she promises to put up an almighty fight to get off the end of the line, making the delicious dish at the end of the day even sweeter. The fun only just begins there, though. Go after delicious Sheepshead, Trout, Flounder, and many more. at the end of the day, your captain will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home!
