George Town, the capital city of the Cayman Islands, provides direct access to the Caribbean Sea’s incredible angling opportunities. If you’re looking to make the most out of its proximity to such an incredible fishery, come aboard Grand Cayman Ocean Charter and get ready to cast off on an incredible adventure. Captain Christopher Dixon is the man behind this charter, and he has just one motto: “Keep calm, and let’s go fishing!”
Capt. Christopher is a lifelong angling aficionado, and he has a wealth of fishing experience under his belt. He started off working as a commercial fisherman, and this eventually led to him captaining a variety of charter boats all over the Cayman Islands. Now, he’s the proud owner of his very own charter company, and he can’t wait to put his knowledge and skills to the test as he takes you out on an awesome adventure.
Capt. Christopher’s adventures are suitable for anglers of all ages and abilities, no matter whether you’re a hardcore fisherman, or want to treat your kids to an incredible day out on the water. You’ll be traveling on board his 33’ custom-built center console. She can accommodate up to 6 guests, so there’s plenty of room for your entire family, or your best angling buddies. She’s decked out with top-notch safety and navigational gear, and a porta-potty for your comfort.
Depending on where you’d like to travel, you’ll be targeting a huge host of the Caribbean Sea’s most incredible species. Newer anglers can choose to explore nearshore fishing grounds, as well as bottom fishing around the reefs – expect to hook Snapper species, Wahoo, and plenty more. Want to head further out? You’ll troll up to 12 miles offshore for the chance to battle Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, huge Snapper species, and more. There are outriggers to make sure you cover plenty of ground, too!
