Looking to catch some big fish while having a fun and relaxing day out on the water? Then, you’ve definitely come to the right place. Poco Loco Fishing Charters will make sure you’re entertained from the second you leave the boat ramp, to the moment you get dropped back off.
Captain Chris Abendroth will pull out all the stops and make sure you’re enjoying yourself the whole time you’re on board his 18’ Pathfinder. This flats boat comes stocked with all the bells and whistles, including a 115 HP Yamaha engine, navigational equipment, wireless trolling motor, and safety gear.
What about the fish, you ask? Luckily Fort Pierce has plenty of diverse fishing grounds just waiting to be explored! Be prepared to put your arms to work while using light tackle to reel in some truly unique species, including Redfish, Pompano, Jack Crevalle, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, and more!
Capt. Chris is a firm believer in the “Big Bait, Big Fish” theory. You’ll be using large baits, mainly pilchards and greenies, to target huge inshore Trout and Snook, as well as Kingfish that are located a little further out. You’ll be provided with top-quality rods, reels, and tackle, as well as a fishing license. The captain also has water and ice on board, but feel free to use his cooler if you want to bring some snacks and other refreshments, including beer.
Once it’s all said and done, Capt. Chris will offer to clean and fillet your catch for you. There are also a few “hook and cook” restaurants that will prepare your fish for you so you can enjoy your long day’s hard work.
Come out for a relaxing and productive day of fishing the inshore and nearshore waters of Fort Pierce. Poco Loco Fishing Charters will take great care of you and make sure you leave satisfied. Just be sure to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunblock, and a camera to get ready for an unforgettable adventure!
