Morning fish was a great experience for my family. Captain Dom and Mate Leah (I’m horrible remembering names so I hope I got that correct) did an excellent job. Dom had us on top of fish constantly and Leah was terrific managing rods, catches and even taking part in the I-Spy game with the kids. Only had 10 ribbon fish on but that’s fishing. The boat was well maintained and the cooled cabin was perfect for getting the kids and adults both out of the heat in between catches. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend them, especially for thoughts with young kids or older adults.

Brought 6 of my favorite people on an 8 hours trip (Booked Morning and PM same day). We had an absolute blast! Leah and Mason were absolutely amazing! We were supposed to go 25 miles out to the shipwreck, but the weather had other plans so we staying in-shore/near shore. Started the day with ribbon fish (14 of them in the first 30 mins!) then moved to Spanish Mackerel. We then headed out a bit to go for Tile fish. On the way out, we caught a smooth scaled puffer fish stumping everyone on the boat! We saw hundreds of tile fish but could not get them to bite anything! We caught a few black sea bass and ended up hooking a huge shark that ultimately won the battle wrapping itself around the buoy.

We had an absolute blast and would very highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to have a great time with a fun crew!

We had a great experience today on the Four Reels! The water was per choppy and Captain Robert offered to move our trip to a different day, but that didn’t work for us. But the fact that we were offered was proof that this crew cares about the overall experience for its customers. We caught some Ribbon and Spanish Mackerel, and had a great time talking with the first mate. The boat itself was great. A very comfortable living area with a large couch and a bathroom below and a nice padded seating area on the back deck. The captain and first mate were very friendly and took care of everything we needed. All we had to do was sit back and reel in.

After reading multiple reviews of multiple ships, I urge you to throw out the one stars that mention anything about type or number of fish caught. As the first mate mentioned, “that’s why they call it ‘fishing’ not ‘catching.’” If you’re expecting to catch a monster on every cast, maybe it’s time to buy your own boat and go by yourself. We caught plenty of fish to make it fun and you’re not paying for the catch, you’re paying for the experience. Our experience was wonderful.

Had a great time ! Didn’t catch anything unfortunately but the crew was very open about the fact we might not they told us there was a good chance of us not seeing anything since it had been a slow weekend and offered to reschedule but we decided to stay and still had an absolute awesome time ! The boat is so nice and the crew was hands down the best ! Will definitely be booking another trip with them in the future!

Rob and Mason were great! Not much was biting today but we all made the best of it and we will definitely be back. Rob was very flexible and recommended a future date that would have been better for fishing if we wanted to wait.
