Let's Go Deep Sea Fishing! Whether it's 45 miles or 100, My Fishing Company is here to make it happen! With Captain Joseph at the wheel, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience. You'll be stretching across the water in a 45' Center console that holds up to 6 passengers.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Amberjack, Cobia, Gag Grouper, Red Grouper, Almaco Jack, King Mackerel (Kings), Blacktip Shark, Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Vermillion Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, and whatever else is biting. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Joe loves to watch the kids rip some lips, so bring those kiddos out! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know whether you'll be catching it or stopping by the 'bait man'.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. Trips are not run with the help of a First Mate. Your Captain works hard to make your trip count, keep your lines dropping, hooks baited, and fish coming in, so a 15–20% tip is customary.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!

i want to start off saying. If you’re searching from charter to charter trying to find the right one. stop here, you’ve found it!! now let me elaborate a little. I booked with captain joe at very last minute and he accepted it without hesitation. him and his deck hand caleb were the most helpful, kind and experienced people to be around. joe had us on fish from start to finish. from amber jack all the way to huge sharks! his communication skills, whether it be through text or hanging out on the boat are beyond great. like i told him, the worst part of the trip was having to go back to the dock. that being said. Im glad to know that ill never have to dig through this app again to find a charter, cause captain joe has a lifelong loyal customer now! NOW GO BOOK WITH HIM!

We wanted to take our youngest fishing for his birthday. Jojo went above and beyond to make this experience an unforgettable one! He had us all pulling in fish all day. We caught Red Snapper, a huge Cobia, beeliners, Grouper, Porgies, and bonito. Jojo took good care of my boys and it was evident he cares about his customers. We hit the jackpot with Captain Jo and first mate Caleb. Whata team! We had an absolute blast. the seas were a little rough but Captain Jo still put us on the fish. We caught about 40 fish. from a 9 foot Bull shark to Lots if Red Snapper and Grouper. The Trigger fish were hitting hard too. Captain Jo has the heart of a teacher! we are definitely using My Fishing Company again. Thank you to Jo, Kelli, and Celeb.

captain jo was absolutely amazing him and his crew know what they are doing!!! these guys worked hard all day at keeping us on fish and catching plenty of fish!!! I made a request of what fish we were lookong for and he made it happen!!!! I highly recommend those guys have it going on great fishing equipment great boat and outstanding service these guys provide we will most certainly return

Capt JoJo and First Mate Caleb service/knowledge was excellent. We limited on red snappers caught some delicious scamp grouper just to name a few of the species we hooked into. Boat was badass nothing like hauling butt in a 45 ft boat with 1400 hp into the wild blue yonder of the Gulf of America! Thanks for the great day!
