Grouper, Snapper, and Amberjack, to Wahoo, Kingfish, and Mahi Mahi. Captain’s favorite, Tuna, is also an option and you can get Yellowfin and Blackfin. If that’s not enough, you can also target Billfish. There’s Swordfish, Sailfish, White, and Blue Marlin. Billfish will have to be released, but not before you get a chance to take a photo.
